Cellist Syneva Colle Hernández and pianist-composer William Roger Price present an evening of chamber music at the University of Tulsa. Claude Debussy's Cello Sonata, one of the masterworks of the cello repertoire, will open the recital, followed by Katcina Dances by Louis W. Ballard, who is known as "the father of Native American composition." The recital also includes art songs by Clara Schumann, Le Grand Tango by Astor Piazzolla, and the world premiere performance of Under the Sun by William Roger Price.
